Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Please ensure that your natural hair is clean and ready to be prepped for the install 💕 Extremely dirty hair will not be accepted ❌ *washing services offered 💕 Late fee of $1500 incurred if you're 15 mins or more💕

Appointments booked on Holidays or Sundays will be an additional cost of $2000.

Same Day Installs

If you’re booking the day of or day before with a new wig or closure, an additional charge will be added. This is because I will have to bleach and pluck the hair on the day of your installations appointment, which takes time, delaying my whole day.

This includes bleaching the lace and installation. Curling and styling is an additional charge of $1500.00.

If I have a full they and you’re requesting to still be serviced, a additional cost of $2000 will be incurred.

Wig Revival

This includes washing and cleaning of lace and hair. The hair will then be moisturized and styled based on the type of hair. E.g. If it is a straight hair it will be flat ironed as well.

Wash

This includes washing and blow drying of the clients natural hair. Please note that this is not included in other services and should be added separately if service is required.

Wig Coloring

This includes coloring of the hair only, products are not calculated in the cost. The base rate is $5000 for one color, however, if you wish to have multiple colors the price will increase. The color the wig (e.g black) should be taken into consideration when requesting a certain color.
