Clients of Skintastic by Yolie may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show. However, clients have the option to reschedule their appointment using the provided link, in which case their deposit will be automatically transferred to their future booking.
