By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
▪ A 50% booking fee of the estimated service cost is required at the time of booking
(service price may differ from online booking if incorrect service / tier is selected. Please message me prior to booking if you're unsure)
▪ Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty - booking fees are fully refundable within this timeframe

Cancellation & No-Show Fees:
▪ 50% for less than 24 hours notice
▪ 70% for less than 12 hours notice
▪ 100% for no-shows
No-show fees are strictly enforced, and a 100% non-refundable fee will be charged to the card on file if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice
