Located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, I serve as one of THE BEST stylists in the area. I pride myself on being extremely versatile and serving excellent customer service as I work on ALL hair textures, shampoo & condition is INCLUDED with every service, and I do not shy away from trying new things. ~Please thoroughly read all policies before booking an appointment. I look forward to caring for your crown 🫶🏽 ‼️ BOOKING POLICIES ‼️ ~ DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS ~ While booking your appointment, clients are REQUIRED to pay a $15 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. This ensures you are a real client and secures your date and time. Deposits no longer apply to service amount. Deposits and payments can be carried out directly through the Goldie or Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay & Venmo. ~ CONTACTING ~ Upon booking an appointment, clients will be automatically enrolled in an automated messaging system that will provide all information regarding your appointment. Clients may also text the automated system with any questions or concerns. Phone calls and photos are not permitted ~ TIMELY MANNERS ~ Please show up on time. Your time is just as valuable as mine. I allow a 15 minute grace period(with no contact), but if you DO NOT reach out at least 30 minutes before the start time of your appointment, it will be automatically cancelled to make room for others. I will send reminders leading up to your appointment to reduce the chance of this happening. ~ ADDITIONAL GUESTS ~ NO extra guests are allowed at any appointment UNLESS you are the parent of a child. Additional guests will be politely asked to vacate the premises. ~ RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS ~ Clients are required to cancel & reschedule appointments up to 48 hrs in advance in order to transfer your NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to a new appointment. Failure to do so will result in you forfeiting the terms and conditions, and you will lose your deposit as well as your appointment. ~ NO CALL/NO SHOWS ~ This will not be tolerated. As stated before, my time is just as valuable as yours. Clients will be given 2 strikes for no call/noshows, before being restricted from making any future appointments. ~ BOOKING CONSIDERATIONS ~ Please be mindful when you book your appointment on a day when you have time-sensitive obligations, I will not rush my work. Unfortunately, things may occur beyond our control that may cause the stylist to fall behind schedule. ~NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS ~ The actual results of any hairstyle may differ from images shown in the gallery, marketing materials or any other reference materials. I do not guarantee that your results will exactly match any images or hairstyle description provided prior to obtaining Services. ~ HEALTH POLICY Masks are recommended but are optional. If you are sick please refrain from scheduling an appointment until symptoms subside, this if for my health as well as yours.
