Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. Please call 478-542-1225 if you know you are going to be over 15 minutes late, so I can advise you on whether or not to attend your appointment. No call- No shows must pay 50% of missed appointment, and late cancellations must pay 25% of missed appointment to schedule future appointments.
