“Absolutely brilliant service today! Julie was so welcoming to me and as a new customer meant a lot. I was worried if my cat would be OK and never been to a groomer before, but he was great after the service! He was clearly cared for by Julie and assistant, and it was a great environment for him to be him. He left with a bow tie, and I love it SO MUCH and he hasn’t tried to take it off and I don’t want him to! Suits him brilliantly and of course a cat called Elton should be wearing a bow tie!!”
