*Deposits and Cancellations:
Please be advised that deposits are non-refundable within 4 days of your scheduled appointment.

In the event of a late arrival, last-minute cancellation, or no-show, the full deposit amount will be forfeited.

We kindly ask that you notify us promptly if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

*Service Terms and Pricing:
All service prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the design, length of the session, and materials required. A price estimate will be provided at the time of the appointment.
Any add-ons or changes to the service requested during the appointment (e.g., additional nail art, materials, or special designs) will incur extra charges.

*Commercial Use:
Any party interested in featuring my nail art in imagery or videos for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: advertisements, marketing materials, social media promotions, product packaging, or media outlets, must notify me before any content is published or used.

If my work is used without proper notification, consent, or payment, I reserve the right to take legal action to protect my intellectual property, including seeking compensation.

*Allergy Awareness and Client Responsibility:
By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees that while every effort is made to ensure the safety, quality, and satisfaction of services provided, there are inherent risks involved in any beauty or cosmetic procedure, including but not limited to allergic reactions, infections, or dissatisfaction with the final result. The client agrees to inform the nail artist of any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before the appointment.

The nail artist will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions, infections, or damages that may arise post-service unless caused by negligence or failure to follow proper aftercare instructions provided by the artist.

It is crucial that you inform me of any allergies or sensitivities before booking an appointment with me.
If you fail to disclose any allergies or sensitivities prior to your service, I am not responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur. You agree to take full responsibility for any risks associated with allergens or sensitivities that were not disclosed.

Before proceeding with any service, I will assess the condition of your natural nails. If any issues such as fungal infections, lifting, or damaged nails are identified, I may recommend postponing certain services or suggest alternatives that are safe for your nail health.

I’ve been coming to Claudia for 2 years now. She does it like no other! Super long retention, my gel x tips last for 6-7 weeks! And she can do any design I’ve ever asked for
