•Please make sure that prior to appointments, any cuts, burns, or damage to hands and nails are made aware. • Your safety is a priority and i will not risk infection or further harm that could be avoided •Your nail health is a priority and if it becomes a concern, you could be turnt away or an alternative service could be suggested. Deposit • A deposit will be required to book an appointment. Any "no-shows" or appointments cancelled before a 48hr slot prior to your appointment WILL be charged. •The notice allows your appointment to be rescheduled and your previous appointment to be filled. •ALL deposits are NON-refundable. Infills • I will not infill or work over other people's work. so if product is still on the nail a soak off will be required (which will be an extra charge). • Please be sure majority of your nails are still intact or on the nail in order for a Infill otherwise you will need a soak off and full set. Refunds •Do not be scared to let me know at the appointment that there are issues or certain things you would like to change as i do not offer refunds for services.
