Please read the following policies carefully before booking, by booking an appointment you acknowledge and agree to these terms. DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment upon booking Cancellations or reschedules within 24hrs result in deposit being forfeited. Cancellations made with more than 24hrs in advance will receive deposit refunded. REFILLS: When booking a refill, your lashes should still appear full and well-maintained. Refills are designed as maintenance to keep your set looking fresh. If you arrive with less than 50% of lash extensions remaining, your appointment will be considered a full set and charged accordingly. This ensures enough time is allocated to achieve a full, even result. If you are unsure which appointment to book, please message me with a photo prior to your appointment and I will help guide you. APPOINTMENTS: Pretty please arrive with bare eyes/brows (makeup, oil and residue removed) Contact lenses must be removed prior to your appointment. LATE ARRIVAL: If you arrive 10+ Min late without notice, your appointment will be canceled. I can be booked back to back and late arrivals puts me and later clients out.
