CONFIRMATION A confirmation message will be sent via email or SMS upon booking a nail appointment. ARRIVAL TIME Clients are advised to arrive at the salon on the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid inconvenience to other clients. However, we will make every effort to accommodate the full service if possible. GUARANTEE After receiving our nail services, clients are covered by a guarantee for up to 3 weeks. Any breakages that occur within this period will be repaired at no additional cost. However, repairs needed after the 3-week period will incur a charge. RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATION •If clients need to reschedule or cancel their nail appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. •Rescheduling or cancellation can be done through the website. Clients should check their email for the appointment confirmation email where they can change or cancel appointments. •Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. NO-SHOW POLICY Clients who do not show up for their nail appointment without prior notice will lose their deposit and will be required to provide a deposit again for future appointments. SERVICE AJUSMENTS Clients are encouraged to communicate their preferences and any specific nail design requests to their technician at the beginning of the appointment to ensure a satisfactory service experience.
