Policy and Terms
Salon Policies & Terms of Booking To ensure the best possible service for all clients, please take a moment to read our salon policies before booking an appointment. Consultation & Deposits All new clients and all colour services require a consultation before an appointment can be booked. This allows us to discuss your hair goals, assess your hair condition, and determine the most suitable service. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the loss of the deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the booked appointment. Future appointments may not be accepted until outstanding charges have been settled. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in: A reduced service time to avoid impacting other clients' appointments. The appointment needing to be cancelled and rescheduled. An additional charge where extra time can be accommodated. Salon Etiquette To help maintain a comfortable and safe environment and prevent overcrowding in the salon, we kindly ask that clients attend appointments alone unless prior arrangements have been made. Allergies, Skin Sensitivities & Patch Testing Clients must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or previous reactions to hair products before their appointment. A patch test is mandatory for all colour appointments and must be completed at least 48 hours before the service. Failure to attend a required patch test may result in the colour appointment being cancelled. Consultation Requirements To help me understand your hair goals and ensure we are both working towards the same result, please provide at least three inspiration photos of your desired look before your consultation or appointment. I also require a current photo of your hair as it is now so that I can accurately assess its condition, colour, length, and suitability for the service you are requesting. Providing clear and recent photos allows me to give realistic advice, accurate pricing, and a tailored plan to achieve your desired result safely and effectively. Refund Policy Due to the time, products, and expertise involved in providing hair services, appointments are not refundable once the service has been completed. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss an appropriate solution. Appointment Timing Please ensure that you allow plenty of time when booking and attending your appointment. I take pride in providing a personalised, high-quality service and do not like to rush my work or work under unnecessary time pressure. If you have commitments immediately after your appointment, please be aware that service times are estimates and can occasionally vary depending on your hair, the service being provided, and unforeseen circumstances. Allowing adequate time helps me achieve the best possible results for you and ensures a relaxed and enjoyable salon experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
