PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE BOOKING: * No one is allowed to accompany you to your appointment. Deposits: * $20 Deposit is required and it is non-refundable and will be used towards your service price. * Deposits is good for only 1 reschedule made and the rescheduling must within a 48 hours timeframe from your appointment . * Deposits can be paid on my booking site. * If you no call/ no show, cancel short notice, or are pass the late grace period time your deposits will not go towards rescheduling. * Deposits are not required for consultations. Grace Period: * There is a 15 minutes grace period for every appointment. * After 30 minutes you will have to reschedule your appointment to the next available slot. NO EXCEPTIONS! * 2 no call / no show will get you BANNED!! Lace / Wig Drop Off: * Lace or wig should be dropped off 2 days before your appointment for customization and consultation by 6pm * Same day customization will result in a $20 up charge or cancellation if my schedule is too full * Transparent / HD Lace are required to be used because you will get the best results * I DO NOT INSTALL T part Wigs or Lace frontals/ closures. Terms and Conditions: * All services include a shampoo and condition * All add ons should be scheduled before arriving to your appointment. (including Wand Curls or Crimps) * Hair should be taken down and detangled before arriving to your appointment, if not it will be a $40 up charge (unless you booked it with your service) * Do not bring soaking wet bundles to your appointment. If reusing hair they should be cleaned, dry, and organize by length. I WILL NOT INSTALL DIRTY HAIR! * I use lace glue adhesive for install, if you you have sensitive skin please schedule a consultation before booking your services. * Please voice all concerns at the time of your appointment, I would not mind fixing anything to your liking!
