We may require a 50% deposit for booking an appointment in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason.

NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment time or NO SHOW may result in a loss of your deposit or a session from your prepaid treatment package. 

LATE POLICY

We understand things happen. If you are running late, please call us at 305 925 7722. There is no charge if you are late. However, we cannot extend past our scheduled service time and we may need to shorten the service because of this.
The total value of the service(s) scheduled will still be charged regardless of what we have time to do.

So I’m on my second visit for laser hair removal and I must say there was a significant difference after the first treatment alone. Today I decided to add on the tattoo removal service and I’m so glad that I can do it all in one place. I think the best part of it all is that she makes me very comfortable. Not just because she’s a complete sweetheart, but because she’s so knowledgeable. She will also not try to upsell you a service that you don’t need. 10/10
