Please be advised that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show.

This deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

**A 100% service fee will be charged for no-shows. Late cancellations or rescheduling requests will incur a 50% service fee, which must be settled within 24 hours of the missed or canceled appointment.**

The deposit will be applied towards your total service cost, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.

Should you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is mandatory.
(This allowance is limited to three instances before the deposit is forfeited).

Failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and any outstanding charges (comprising the 50% service fee) must be paid within 24 hours. A new deposit will be required for any subsequent rebooking.

Had a great experience with Kirsty, such easy going atmosphere, friendly, very experienced. My colour was great and so well priced. I'll be back! 

Wonderful service, very patient and attentive to my 3yo - listened to what we wanted and checked throughout to make sure it was correct, which it was! My son absolutely loved the experience 

Kristy was lovely, very proffesional and friendly, made us feel very comfortable and her little doggo sat on my lap like a king and recieved a nice massage while i waited for my daughter, she was very happy with her trial make up for her formal and made the most of it wearing it the next day 😆 see you soon for the actual formal day.
