A $15 deposit is required to book, a message will be sent with deposit information once appointment is confirmed! Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 72 hours before start time and deposit can be moved to a different date. After three back to back reschedules a new deposit is required. *NEW CLIENTS* who cancel last minute must pay a 50% deposit to be able to book a future appointment. No shows (new client or regulars) must pay 50% of their base service total to be able to book again* Being 10 minutes late has a $15 fee and 20 minutes late is a reschedule. Remaining balance is cash only. Apple Pay is $3 extra Please let me know one day prior to your appointment if you’ll be bringing a guest. No small children unless they’re going to be serviced please. If you must bring your child please let me know along with their age so I can take out entertainment/toys for their age. Please keep in mind, I do not work over another nail techs work. If you have someone else’s work on your nails a soak off and new set is needed. *After hours appointments have a $20 fee* anything booked on or after 8pm on a weekday is after hours *Weekend after hour appointments are $25 extra* -anything booked at/after 12pm on a weekend is considered after hours
