1. Appointments Booking confirms your time slot and service level. Customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible and all personal items are removed before the appointment. 2. Cancellations Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a $25 fee. 3. Vehicle Condition Excessive pet hair, mud, mold, biohazards, or heavily neglected interiors may require additional charges or refusal of service. We don’t remove seats or perform mechanical work. 4. Weather Severe weather may require rescheduling. Safety and quality come first. 5. Liability We’re not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn materials, or items left in the vehicle. Before/after photos may be taken for quality control. 6. Payment Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted forms: cash, card, or digital payment. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee If something’s not right, notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
