Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours prior may result in a required deposit to rebook. A 10 minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation with applicable fees. Fills are for clients returning within 3-4 weeks with at least 40% of extensions remaining. If less than 40% of lashes are remaining, a full set will be required. Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and/or eyebrows. If you are sick, please reschedule. Mindmymylash reserves the right to refuse service or terminate appointments at its discretion. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
