I created LashXChelsey to be more than just a beauty studio. It’s a space where you can relax, reset, and leave feeling confident, refreshed, and truly taken care of. I specialize in enhancing natural beauty through customized eyelash extensions, advanced skincare treatments, brow services, body waxing, and luxury head spa experiences.

From classic and volume lash sets to brow lamination and waxing, rejuvenating facials, and scalp-focused head spa treatments, every service is tailored to your unique needs and beauty goals. My mission is always the same — to help you look and feel your absolute best.

I am constantly investing in education, new techniques, and expanding my service menu to bring fresh, innovative treatments to my clients. Growth is everything to me, and I love evolving alongside the beauty industry while creating a space where women feel confident, relaxed, and empowered.

By booking an appointment with LashXChelsey LLC, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed below.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS (ALL CLIENTS)

To secure and keep your appointment, the following MUST be completed:

• Required deposit (if applicable)
• All intake forms completed
• Agreement to all policies
• Appointment confirmation when contacted

Failure to complete ANY of the above will result in:

• Automatic cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment
• A $50 cancellation fee charged to the card on file

This applies regardless of intent to attend.

Appointments are not guaranteed without confirmation and completed forms.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Failure to receive confirmations due to incorrect details does not exempt you from this policy.

DEPOSITS & REBOOKING CLIENTS

Deposits are required for:
• ALL new clients
• New services
• Luxury / higher-ticket services
• Multiple services booked together

For my regular girls booking:
• Lash fills
• Monthly facials
• Brows or body waxing

You can choose to book without a deposit.

However — if you choose not to leave a deposit, any cancellation (regardless of timeframe) will result in a cancellation fee.

Why I do it this way:
I book up quickly, and I know you all like to stay on a consistent schedule (once or twice a month). I don’t want to make you pay for your current appointment and another deposit at the same time just to secure your next visit.

This gives you flexibility — while still protecting my time.

If a deposit is paid:
• It can transfer to a rescheduled appointment (within a reasonable timeframe)
• If rescheduled too far out, the deposit becomes non-refundable and will not apply

CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS

• 24+ hours notice required to cancel or reschedule
• Less than 24 hours = 100% service fee
• No-shows = 100% service fee
• 10+ minutes late may require rescheduling and will be charged as a late cancellation

Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in denied future bookings.

All cancellation fees are non-refundable.

SERVICE CHANGES

• All service changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Same-day removals will still be charged as originally booked
• Same-day additions are subject to availability

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

• Remaining balance is due at time of service
• Cash ONLY (deposit excluded)
• No refunds on services
• Concerns must be reported within 48 hours

Chargebacks will result in permanent booking denial.

STUDIO POLICIES

• No extra guests, children, or pets
• Only clients receiving services are allowed in treatment areas

LashXChelsey LLC reserves the right to refuse service due to health, safety, or policy violations.

I was nervous at first but once it started I was comfortable. She was a very nice person and I would recommend her to everyone the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely be going back. 

I had a head spa and facial with Chelsey yesterday, and I can honestly say it was one of the best feelings in the entire world. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her space is so peaceful, calming, and welcoming—just an all-around good vibe that instantly helps you relax.

We talked and laughed almost the entire time, and then at the end I was so comfortable and relaxed that I literally fell asleep 😴. That’s how amazing the experience was. 12/10!!

Beautiful, relaxing space that is super close to home. Im grateful for that because with 4 kids its hard to keep up with ANYTHING for myself. Chels is great at what she does and Im super excited to continue services with her. She made me feel comfortable during my first appointment and my brows went from Frankenstein-looking to flawless. Oh my first time with lashes. I’m in love. She helped me by answering any questions.  Explained after care and took her time. I didn’t feel like  bothering by asking questions. She also waxed my eyebrows- a beautiful experience.

Chels absolutely slays it every time and takes the time to make sure everything is perfect and you are leaving there feeling so much better and looking amazing! 

Not only did chelsey exceed my expectations with my bridal makeup, she is very easy to work with, flexible, and considerate. She was willing to travel an hour away to my venue, did multiple trials with me to make sure my makeup was PERFECT! And even squeezed me in for a last minute brow wax. I will always recommend Chelsey!
