No call no show is not cool at all. You will lose your deposit, and might be black listed or your design will go to someone else. A non-refundable deposit is required , for your commitment of the appointment. the deposit will be included in the total cost of the art piece. If you cancel 48 hours ahead and reschedule within the same month you booked for your deposit will be void. if you book for the next month you will have to put another ($50-$100) deposit down.
