By booking with Ereyna Genera, you agree to these Policies & Terms. A deposit is required to secure an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to the total of your tattoo. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to reschedule your appointment please let me know ASAP so your deposit can be applied to the new appointment. Two or more reschedules will require another deposit. Artist may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Your deposit will not be affected.
