Full Info: Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 7 days before your appointment. If cancelled or rescheduled within 7 days of your appointment a £30 payment is required. If cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment full session price is required. Meeting point and info for our session: Keep dog in car and remain at your car when you arrive. (I know you are here with CCTV notifications) I’ll come and get you as soon as im I’m finished with the dog before you. Some dogs are very reactive hence why we ask you to remain at your car. Bring all your training equipment (for example treats, leads, long line). Dog must have a muzzle / be muzzle trained if your dog has shown any sign of aggression / bite history. [We may film parts of our session for social media] Training is outdoors so please dress appropriately. Cash at the session is fine in an envelope.
