Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show, but can be transferred to future appointments if given enough notice. Full payment will be required and will be charged via the app if you no show or cancel without giving atleast 48 hours notice. Please arrive on time to your appointments. If you are 10 minutes late, this could result in your appointment being cancelled. Please book the correct service as that is what you will be charged for.
