-Natural lash shedding of 2–5 lashes per day is normal and expected.

-Refunds are discussed and issued only in person after a professional assessment.
Refunds are not processed based on messages, photos, or videos.

-Within 5 days of the appointment, if more than 40% of lash extensions have shed, a complimentary refill is provided.

Anastasia is talented and has the best set up - high-end and relaxing spa atmosphere - but totally reasonably priced! When I moved here, I tried 4 other lash techs and she is the 5th and LAST! She takes way more time cleaning and prepping your lash pre-extension than any others, and there are ZERO clumps or balls of glue. Completely smooth lashes from root to tip.
