Cancellations of appointments RULES -same day as appt & appt is less than 2hours- $35 -same day & appt is more than 2 hours - $50 No Shows——Fee of $40 and must pay deposit before booking next appt Do NOT hog appts.( booking multiple appts until you figure it out later) No swapping appts unless service times match (longer appts cannot swap for shorter times and expect same services) Take down services are not provided— if hair must be taken down, minimum fee of $25 will automatically be added to total
