Salon Terms & Conditions By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to protect both your time and mine, and to ensure every client enjoys a calm, professional, and luxurious experience. ⸻ 🌸 General Policies • Cancellation Policy: My cancellation policy is strict to protect my business. Any appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, or any “no-shows,” will result in a 100% charge of the treatment price. • Lateness: A 15-minute grace period is given for lateness. However, any delay may affect the quality of service. Lateness exceeding 15 minutes will result in your appointment being canceled and a 100% charge of the treatment value. • Outstanding Charges: No future appointments will be accepted if there are any outstanding unpaid charges. • Appointment Changes: I reserve the right to change your appointment time or date at any time if necessary. • Appointment Cancellations: I reserve the right to cancel your appointment if I am unwell or for personal reasons. • No Children or Additional Company: To maintain a calm and relaxing salon environment, no children or additional guests are permitted during your appointment. Please attend alone to ensure your comfort and mine. • Payments: Payments for services can be made by cash or bank transfer. 💰 Pricing All prices listed on the price list and online booking options are “starting from” prices and are not fixed. If your service requires extra time or products, the price will increase accordingly. ⸻ ✨ Services • I do not serve clients under 16 years old. • I will not serve a different client than the one originally booked, even for the same service.
