For same-day or last-minute availability, please call or text directly before booking to confirm openings. 💳 Deposits A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your service total. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules. - Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total (deposit is non-refundable and applied toward this fee). - Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. ⏰ Late Arrival Policy A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or canceled at the technician’s discretion, and the deposit may be forfeited. 💸 Promotional Pricing Sale or promotional pricing is only valid for appointments booked within the promotional period. Existing bookings cannot be transferred into promotional pricing by rescheduling. All services are honored at the rate confirmed at the time of booking. 🤍 Respect for Time Each appointment is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute changes affect availability for other clients, so we appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy.
