By booking an appointment with Triple L Beauty and Training you are agreeing to all the policies. •Booking fees/Deposits are non-refundable. •All bookings require a deposit. •100% fee if you don’t show up for your appointment. •100% fee if a service is cancelled within 48 hours of the service starting. •50% fee if a service is cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment starting. •20% fee if a service is cancelled within one week of the appointment starting. *These cancellation fees also apply if you have more than one service booked in and decide you no longer want one of the services anymore. •No late fees apply. I will do what I can within your allocated appointment time and you will be charged the normal amount. * If you arrive too late for the appointment to go ahead, it will be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly. * If there is not enough time remaining to complete the treatment, the appointment will need to be rebooked and the missed appointment will still be chargeable. * If I have to go over your allocated appointment time due to lateness, an additional fee may apply.
