One-Time Deep Clean
For those wanting one time service- a scheduled time block for customers who want focused, deep cleaning of specific home areas; providing thorough, detailed attention to remove built-up grime, refresh surfaces, and restore order.
Up to 6 hours. Additional hours are charged at $55/hour.

Initial Deep Clean- Home Reset
Initial deep clean performed before ongoing maintenance to thoroughly prepare the home-removing dust, grime, and buildup, improving appearance and accessibility so future upkeep proceeds efficiently.
Starting at $440. A walkthrough is required to give accurate estimate.

Maintenance Cleaning- After Initial Clean
For recurring clients- A scheduled time block to complete routine cleaning tasks, maintaining cleanliness and preserving the condition and appearance of your space. NEW CUSTOMERS must book a deep clean.
Recurring clients are given a flat rate upon walkthrough.
Recurring maintenance minimum is $150 and is adjusted according to needs of individual home.

Move In/Out Cleaning
Comprehensive top-to-bottom move-in/move-out cleaning, with detailed surface, appliance, and floor care plus thorough dust removal to ensure spotless, ready-for-occupancy spaces and improved presentation for inspections or new occupants.
Starting at $500. Walkthrough must be performed in order for accurate estimate.
