A 50% booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation less than 48hrs. Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, I respectfully request 48hrs notice. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled without 48hr notice, will incur a the 100% appointment cost.
