𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐢𝐫𝐥 – 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬) Spray Tan Terms & Conditions Mobile Appointments I am a fully mobile spray tan technician, meaning I come directly to your home or chosen location. For mobile appointments: * The tanning area must be located downstairs. * I can attend flats and apartments only where lift access is available. * Please ensure there is a suitable space with good lighting, ventilation, and enough room for me to safely set up my equipment. If the location is unsuitable or unsafe for treatment, I reserve the right to refuse the appointment. In this case, the appointment may still be chargeable. Sunburn & Skin Condition If, upon arrival, you are severely sunburnt or your skin is otherwise unsuitable for treatment (including broken skin, active infections, contagious skin conditions, or any condition that may affect the safety or quality of the treatment), I will be unable to carry out the spray tan. This is for your own safety and to ensure the best possible results. Appointments cancelled for this reason will remain fully chargeable. Booking & Deposits * All appointments must be booked in advance. * A £10 non-refundable deposit is usually required to secure your booking. * In some cases, appointments may be booked without a deposit. However, if you cancel or reschedule one of these appointments, the cancellation policy will still apply, and the applicable fee will be payable. Online Bookings & Service Fees If you choose to book your appointment online, please note that the booking platform may apply a separate booking or service fee. This fee is charged by the booking platform and is not set, received or controlled by me. If you would prefer to avoid the platform’s service fee, you are welcome to contact me via my social media pages or WhatsApp, and I will be happy to arrange your appointment directly (subject to availability). When booking online, your card details will be securely stored to secure your appointment. No payment will be taken at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Your card may be charged in accordance with my cancellation policy where applicable. Cancellation Policy * Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the £10 deposit being retained. * Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment (no-show), will be charged the full appointment fee. Travel Charges Travel charges may apply depending on your location. Any additional travel fee will always be discussed and confirmed before your appointment. Punctuality Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. Appointments are booked back-to-back, and delays may affect later clients. If I am delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you as soon as possible. Preparation & Aftercare To achieve the best possible spray tan, it is your responsibility to carefully follow all preparation and aftercare advice provided before and after your appointment. Preparation includes: * Exfoliating your skin as advised before your appointment. * Arriving with clean skin, free from moisturiser, deodorant, perfume and makeup. * Removing any jewellery where possible. Aftercare includes: * Wearing loose, dark clothing after your appointment. * Waiting the recommended development time before showering. * Moisturising your skin daily after rinsing. * Avoiding excessive sweating, swimming, hot baths, saunas, steam rooms, chlorinated pools and harsh exfoliation, as these can affect the longevity of your tan. Your spray tan is an investment, and how long it lasts depends largely on how well you care for it. Failure to follow the recommended preparation and aftercare advice may result in uneven development, patchiness or premature fading. In these circumstances, I cannot accept responsibility for the outcome, and refunds, discounts or complimentary reapplications will not be offered. Results Spray tan results vary from person to person. Factors affecting your final result include: * Skin type. * Hormones. * Medications. * Existing skin condition. * Preparation before your appointment. * Aftercare. * Lifestyle factors such as swimming, gym sessions, shaving and exfoliation. As these factors are outside my control, I cannot guarantee identical results for every client. Allergies & Medical Conditions Please inform me before your appointment if you: * Have any allergies or skin sensitivities. * Are pregnant. * Have asthma or respiratory conditions. * Have any medical condition that may affect your treatment. A patch test is recommended if you have sensitive skin or have never had a spray tan before. Clothing & Personal Belongings While every care is taken during your appointment, I cannot accept responsibility for staining to clothing, bedding, furniture, upholstery or personal belongings caused by the cosmetic bronzer if aftercare advice is not followed. Right to Refuse Treatment I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if: * Your skin is unsuitable for treatment. * The working environment is unsafe or unsuitable. * You behave in an abusive, threatening or inappropriate manner. * I believe treatment would not be safe or appropriate. Liability All treatments are carried out with the highest level of care and professionalism. However, I cannot be held responsible for results affected by factors outside my control, including failure to follow preparation or aftercare advice, undisclosed medical conditions, medications, allergies or individual skin reactions. Acceptance of Terms By booking an appointment with me, whether online or directly via social media or WhatsApp, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time, and the latest version will apply to all new bookings. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐞 – 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 • A non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment. If no deposit is received, the appointment will be cancelled. • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-shows or cancellations. • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice . Your deposit will be transferred to your new date. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the full appointment fee being due. This must be paid before rebooking any future appointment. • Repeated cancellations, lateness or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and the full cost will still be charged. • Please arrive makeup-free for facial or skin treatments where applicable, or allo w time for removal during your appointment. • By booking with Therapies & Moore, you agree to these terms.
