TheMinaEffect

Bookings are open monthly by TheMinaEffect. We require a $25 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are nonrefundable provided cancellation. No call no shows will result in full payment charged for service. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a cancelled appointment or rescheduling. A 15-minute grace period applies after the scheduled start, beyond that the client must reschedule and the deposit will be kept and full service payment will be charged. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary, and applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior messages have been made with me . No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. if there are any issues after leaving you have 48hrs to message me otherwise it goes beyond my policy.
