The Lash Club – Booking Policies & Terms By booking with The Lash Club, you agree to the following policies: Appointment Confirmation • Deposits must be paid in advance for your appointment to be confirmed. • A confirmation message may be sent approximately 24 hours before your appointment. • If you do not respond to confirm your attendance at least 14 hours before your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a client cancellation. • In line with the cancellation policy below, the full appointment fee will be payable. This is because the appointment slot has been reserved for you and may no longer be available to offer to another client. Cancellations & No-Shows • No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment total. • Same-day cancellations will incur 70% of the appointment total. • Cancellations within 24 hours will incur 50% of the appointment total. • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are free of charge. • Clients under 18: Any no-show or cancellation outside of the policy timeframe that is not paid will result in contacting their parent or guardian for follow-up. Lateness • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled. Rescheduling & Cancellations by The Lash Club • The Lash Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if necessary and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
