Please arrive on time to your appointment, if you are more than 10 minutes late unfortunately your appointment will have to be cancelled. Please arrive makeup free to your appointment. Please do not block any drive-ins when parking outside. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be due. You must have a valid patch test for any brow/lash service, if not your appointment will automatically be cancelled.
