Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. If you cancel the appointment within the 24 hour window, a 50% late cancellation fee will be applied to your account or a forfeit of a prepaid package credit. If you do not show up without notice, then you will be charged for the full amount of the session.
