BOOKING FEE & CANCELLATION POLICY ✍️🖤 By scheduling an appointment with Kaylee @TabooTattys Tattoo Studio, you agree to the following terms and policies. ⸻ 💰 BOOKING FEE     •    A nonrefundable, nontransferable booking fee of 25% of the total tattoo price is required at the time of booking, payable through Goldie or Square.     •    The booking fee secures your specific date and time only.     •    Booking fees cannot be applied to other services or transferred, except as stated under the artist-initiated reschedule policy. ⸻ 📆 CLIENT-INITIATED RESCHEDULE     •    Rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the original booking fee.     •    A new booking fee is required to secure a new date and will be applied to the total balance.     •    Paying a new booking fee is mandatory to reserve the rescheduled appointment. ⸻ 🚫 CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS     •    Any last-minute cancellation (less than 48 hours) or failure to show up within a 15-minute window is considered a no-show and will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.     •    To reschedule after a last-minute cancellation or no-show, a new booking fee is required, and the remaining balance must be paid in full after the new fee is applied. ⸻ 🔁 ARTIST-INITIATED RESCHEDULE     •    If I must reschedule, the booking fee is transferable one (1) time only.     •    If the client chooses to cancel due to an artist-initiated reschedule, the booking fee remains nonrefundable. ⸻ 🎨 TATTOO & DESIGN NOTES     •    The artist reserves the right to decline any tattoo request and may recommend another artist.     •    Drawings are not provided in advance; any design changes can be made on the day of the appointment. ⸻ ⏰ HOURS & AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS     •    Standard working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM     •    Appointments after 5:00PM are considered after-hours and subject to an additional $75/hour fee.     •    After-hours availability is limited and offered at the artist’s discretion.     •    After-hours fees are non-negotiable and added to the total balance. ⸻ ⚠️ TERMS & CONDITIONS — REQUIRED ACCEPTANCE By submitting payment for the booking fee, the client acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted all booking, pricing, scheduling, after-hours, rescheduling, and cancellation policies.     •    Payment secures the specific date and time only and is nonrefundable and nontransferable, except where explicitly stated in writing by the artist.     •    No verbal statements or implied agreements shall modify these terms.     •    Payment constitutes a binding contractual agreement enforceable under Louisiana law.     •    Failure to comply with any stated policy will result in enforcement of these terms, including forfeiture of the booking fee where applicable.
