“I did the new transfer client package, and saw Natasha. She’s professional, very educated, didn’t mind educating me, and showed me pictures of my micro locs to explain the plan she has for my hair. I am 4 years loc’d and feel like she was patient and understanding about my fears of having to find a new Loctician. I got to meet Sylvia and she actively checked in through the service to ensure we were both comfortable. My hair has always been difficult but Natasha handled it with ease! ”

“I had been searching for a crochet loctician in the DMV. It was a challenge finding someone to wash my hair with reattached locs because of sloppy work. I resolved that I would do it myself, but scared. One more day and I found Summa Locs. I called and shared my concerns. Sylvia was comforting and eased my worries. When I made the 3-hour drive, I was met with Tia who was easy like Sunday morning. She washed/repaired locs. I left relieved knowing I finally found someone to do my hair! TY!”

From the wash to the retie, everything was done with such care and professionalism. The ambiance was relaxing, welcoming, and made the entire appointment feel like a self-care experience. “I just had my first retie after a full 3 day install of microlocks done by Nzuri! This shop is awesome. They walked me through the entire process prior to booking the install. I have fine hair and I’m tender headed, so it was a total project and Nzuri was there for it all! When I had questions about my hair, she would also respond to my texts no matter how small the question was. Great shop & excellent experience! If you’re wanting any type of loc help…. This is the SHOP! ”
