I love the sugaring here. Immaculate and Rehema are always gentle, ease off any worries. They results of the sugaring are great and last a long time. Definately recommend. 

Excellent customer service. I also like the privacy and quiet surroundings of the place. Session wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be. Many thanks to Rehema for calming my nerves 😅

So glad I chose Luxe Sugaring! I was nervous going in, but Emma was incredible—warm, kind, and so professional. The parlour itself is airy, calming, and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease.

Emma talked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout—and to my surprise, there was barely any pain at all. Unlike traditional waxing, sugaring only adheres to the hair (not the skin), which makes the experience much gentler and more comfortable.

The best wax place in this Nairobi. I love the space, it’s super cute and clean and always feels very welcoming for the intimacy of the service. Emma is always lovely, and such a professional. Being waxed is of course an intimate experience, but Emma makes me so comfortable! Sugaring has also been a much better experience than waxing, less painful and with no ingrown hairs. An all around 5-star experience.
