Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations • Booking: Appointments must be booked in advance through phone, text, or online booking system. • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment unless told otherwise . Arriving late may result in a reduced service time, or we may need to reschedule. • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No-show clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. You can also be canceled if you fail to put your correct contact information. For my safety I have to be able to contact you. Hair Requirements • HAIR CAN BE INCLUDED : Clients are responsible for purchasing their own hair unless otherwise specified in messages, all wigs Closures are to be dropped off 1-2 days before your appointment . • Braiding Hair: For braiding services, you will need to provide pre-stretched X-pression hair. Depending on the style and size, I recommend 2-6 packs. If you’re unsure about how much hair to purchase, please feel free to contact me for guidance based on your specific service. 3. Payment • Accepted Methods: I accept cash , Zelle or Apple Pay • Gratuity: Tips are greatly appreciated and are accepted in cash or via payment methods. 4. Service Expectations • Consultation: A consultation will be held before each service to ensure that I understand your desired outcome. If you’re uncertain, we can discuss options based on your hair type and lifestyle. • Results: While I strive to achieve your desired look, I cannot guarantee identical results to photos provided due to differences in hair texture, color, and condition. 5. Client Responsibility • Hair Health: It is important to disclose any hair treatments, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect your service (e.g., allergic reactions, medication that alters hair). • Home Care: Proper aftercare and maintenance are essential for extending the life of your hairstyle/color. I may recommend professional products that suit your hair type. 6. Children and Guests • Safety: For safety and comfort, I ask that you do not bring children or extra guests unless they are receiving a service. This helps maintain focus and a relaxing environment for all clients. 7. Refunds and Satisfaction • Satisfaction Guarantee: I aim for complete satisfaction with your service. If you’re unhappy with the results, please notify me within 3 days so we can arrange a fix. Refunds are not offered, but adjustments will be made based on professional discretion. • Deposit are NON-Refundable unless I’m at fault 8. Health & Safety • COVID-19 and Illness Policy: Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to a contagious illness. • Sanitation: We follow strict hygiene practices, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use to ensure your safety. Effective immediately: I will no longer be accepting bundles with thick wefts. For the best results and a seamless install, all bundles must have standard or thin wefts while also being a good quality of hair. Any appointments booked with thick-weft bundles will be canceled or rescheduled once the proper hair is provided or you can switch style to quick weave Additionally, please understand that if you reach out to me regarding an issue with your hair, I will assess the situation to determine whether the problem was due to my work. I take great pride in the quality of my services and I know when an issue is the result of my work versus improper care or external factors. If an issue arises within 24 hours of your appointment, I am more than willing to address it IF it is determined to be caused by something on my end. However, I will not be responsible for issues resulting from client negligence, improper maintenance, or third-party interference. Please follow all aftercare instructions to maintain your style.
