Cancellation policy We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 day before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Policy on Cancellations: A minimum notice of 48 hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. For cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a late cancellation fee of $20 may be applied. Feel free to call or message us for appointment changes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Policy on No-Shows/Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please note that we may need to cancel the service if it can not be completed within the remaining time. A cancellation fee $20. Thank you for your understanding.
