$15 non refundable deposit is required for all appointments. No deposit, no appointment. I am home based so please respect my home! To ensure every client has the best possible experience, I ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. I also ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. To maintain a calm and comfortable environment, guests are allowed, but please discuss with me before bringing someone. The max amount is 2 To ensure the best results and avoid delays, please come to your appointment with hair that is washed, blow-dried, and free of product. Please note that hair is not provided with any services. Clients are responsible for supplying their own hair that meets the requirements of their selected style. Failure to arrive prepared may result in an additional fee, a shortened appointment, or cancellation, and deposits remain non-refundable.
