Shai’s Palace

Clients of Shai’s Palace may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to confirm appointments may result in cancellation‼️ Appointments will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes, after which they will be considered canceled. Clients running late are advised to communicate promptly. Shai does not provide services over existing work or perform foreign soakoffs. New clients are requested to arrive with bare nails. When booking an appointment please book EVERYTHING you’d like in your look, there will be no adding anything extra on at appointments (nail repairs/ custom art/ cut down, etc) ‼️ Shai has a time schedule to upkeep & adding extra services not booked will push her back from getting to other clients in a timely manner. Extra guests are not permitted. Clients in a rush should seek services elsewhere. The owner may need to attend to her child intermittently. All forms of payment are accepted. Thank you.
