“Corinne was super helpful when I had lots of questions before booking in about how it works and what results you can expect etc, after 3 sessions I started to feel a lot stronger in my fitness classes and just generally a more sculpted and defined look after 4/5 sessions, will definitely be keeping up my sessions 😊 ”

“Having had my first session at Sculpt & Align, I wanted to share my thoughts. The session itself I had no idea what to expect it to feel like and was a little anxious about it, Corinne talked me through the whole thing and went at my pace, she made sure I was comfortable throughout. It was a strange sensation at first then as I settled into it, it became more therapeutic. I'm looking forward to session no 2 and seeing the results as we go along! ”

“Well from my first visit today I can say am impressed with the service provided, very friendly and professional at all times. Was a little nervous at first am not going to lie, how ever it was actually quite relaxing to a point. I am currently working on 2 body areas at once, looking forward to next week's session already, ive booked a block of sessions as a treat for myself, as we need to look after number one, being a busy mum of 3 this really is a good way to help get into shape. ”
