SASHA SLAY BOOKING POLICIES & TERMS Please read carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment with Sasha Slay Selon L’Envie, you acknowledge and agree to the policies and terms below. 1. APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS Appointments are reserved exclusively for the client who books them. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Please ensure you select the correct service when booking. If you are unsure which service is right for you, please contact us before making your appointment. 2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit and/or require a new deposit to book another appointment. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in future appointments requiring full payment in advance. 3. NO-SHOWS A no-show is considered a missed appointment without prior notice. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows. Clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be required to pay the full service fee in advance or may no longer be eligible to book. 4. LATE ARRIVALS Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and arriving on time allows us to provide the best possible experience. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals exceeding the grace period may result in: * A shortened service * An additional late fee * Rescheduling of the appointment * Loss of the deposit If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that your full service time will be available, as we must respect the appointments scheduled after yours. 5. GUESTS & CHILDREN To maintain a calm, private, and elevated environment, please do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Sasha Slay. 6. SERVICE CHANGES Please book the service you genuinely intend to receive. If you would like to add or change a service, please contact us in advance. Additional services can only be accommodated when time and availability allow. Changing services at the time of your appointment is not guaranteed. 7. HEALTH & PERSONAL DISCLOSURE For your safety and the quality of your results, clients must disclose any relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, skin conditions, recent procedures, or other circumstances that may affect their service. Please inform us before your appointment if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, using prescription skincare, have recently undergone a cosmetic procedure, or have any condition that may affect treatment. Certain services may need to be modified, postponed, or declined when necessary for your safety. 8. SKIN & BEAUTY SERVICES For services involving the skin, please arrive with the treatment area clean and free from products where applicable. Results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, previous treatments, and other personal factors. We will always provide professional recommendations based on your individual needs, but specific results cannot be guaranteed. 9. PERMANENT MAKEUP Permanent makeup appointments require additional preparation and aftercare. Clients are responsible for reviewing and following all preparation and aftercare instructions provided by Sasha Slay. A consultation may be required before certain permanent makeup services. Permanent makeup deposits are non-refundable. Additional touch-ups, corrections, or services outside the original appointment may be subject to additional fees. Final results can vary based on skin type, lifestyle, healing, aftercare, previous work, and individual retention. 10. REFUNDS Payments and deposits for completed services are non-refundable. Once a service has been performed, refunds will not be issued based solely on a change of mind or personal preference. If you have a concern about your service, please contact us within a reasonable period so we can discuss the concern and determine the appropriate resolution. 11. AFTERCARE Proper aftercare is essential to maintaining your results. Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided after their appointment. Sasha Slay is not responsible for compromised results caused by failure to follow recommended aftercare, picking or manipulating treated areas, using unsuitable products, excessive exposure to water, heat or sun, or other actions that interfere with healing. 12. PERSONAL BELONGINGS Please keep personal belongings secure during your appointment. Sasha Slay is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items. 13. PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT With your permission, photographs or videos of your results may be taken for portfolio, educational, website, or social media purposes. If you do not wish to have your image or results used for promotional content, please let us know before your appointment. 14. RESPECT & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT Sasha Slay is committed to providing a safe, respectful, private, and luxurious environment. Disrespectful, abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or aggressive behavior toward Sasha Slay or any member of the team will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service when necessary to protect the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of our clients and staff. 15. BOOKING AGREEMENT By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Sasha Slay Booking Policies & Terms.
