“Brooke did the best job on my hair (new client)! I showed up to the appointment not sure if we could do a Balayage since it wasn’t her normal day and she moved her schedule around to help me out. During the appointment she made sure I was comfortable and checked in throughout the whole process to make sure I got the look I wanted. Really great job and look forward to continue being a client of hers.”

“I had a good first experience at Roxy's. It was unfortunate that my scheduled stylist wasn't available only 2 days after the appointment was accepted by that stylist. However, I was able to see another without any delays, and she was wonderful. I would have liked to see the lobby opened to clients a bit earlier. I had a first appointment scheduled and had to wait outside until 5 minutes after opening time. Overall, my experience was great and I plan to return. I do believe in offering feedback!”
