Pup Cuts By Jas

Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Pup Cuts By Jas.

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation/no-show fee, which will be added to the client’s next grooming appointment in addition to the full grooming fee.

A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the discretion of the business.

Payment is required at the time of service. Accepted payment methods may vary.

Please note:

Sunday and public holiday appointments incur an additional $10 surcharge per dog.

Dematting or shaving due to matted fur will incur additional charges starting from $30, depending on the severity of the matting.

A dog is classified as Medium if:

it is over 45cm in height but weighs under 10kg, or

it is shorter in height but weighs 10kg or more.



Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or behavioural concerns prior to the appointment.

No refunds will be issued once a grooming service has been completed.

Personal and booking information is collected solely for the purpose of providing grooming services and will not be shared with third parties except where required for payment processing or by law.

Jas was very accommodating even when I booked for a grooming appointment for Eve with very short  notice. She also explained thoroughly how she does the grooming and asked for what I want for my toy cavoodle to look like. She has shared her knowledge on puppies on how their coat can be maintained.
