•please come to your app with clean nails free of product unless you booked a soak off or removal with your service •gel x/builder gel fills must be booked 2-3 weeks after the initial app to keep the nails healthy •any extensions/builder gel grown out over 3 weeks will need a soak off •you are 15 min late there will be a $10 late fee •any later than 15 min & the app will be cancelled •there will be no refunds after the service is provided •if there’s any issue within the first 3 days, i’ll fix it for free otherwise it’ll be a repair •cancellations cannot be done the same day as your app •if cancellation policy isn’t followed you’ll be blacklisted & will not be able to book with me again
