One on one with Laiza is very professional and enjoyable. The facility is very well equipped, tidy and clean. 

I've been doing pilates for over 25 years now - I love it, but more importantly, my body loves it!  I started classes and private sessions at Pilates Unlimited in early 2019 and cannot say enough about the well trained instructors and well maintained equipment.  The vast variety of Pilates equipment they have to workout on is like no other studio I've seen. Impressive!  My daughter started  pilates there at 16, she's now 20 and will be doing it for life!

I enjoy the Pilates mat classes with Rodrigo, I know I am strengthening muscles, improving my balance, and overall giving my body a good tune up, and having fun at the same time.  I'd definitely recommend these classes.

Pilates with Scoop has become a cornerstone to my wellbeing and fitness. Rodrigo is amazing to train with one on one. He customises sessions to address any niggles or worse that I have picked up with my busy life, calling on his Pilates expertise as well as formal Physio background.  

Love my weekly sessions.  Marked improvement in my flexibility and attention to correct  execution of exercises is really appreciated. 

Pilates Unlimited has the most comprehensive range of Classical Pilates equipment I've seen in any studio. Teachers are well trained, friendly and caring. My weekly sessions with Natalia are always enjoyable, tailored to my needs and hard work! 

I love Pilates Unlimited and have been coming for more than twenty years (sometimes more off than on).  I am always welcomed back and my trainers adapt to whatever break I have taken - health - surgery - holiday and ensure I get an appropriate, but demanding, program.  I will continue coming here for as long as I’m standing!

It’s a very safe environment to try and build better posture and work on our cores. Rodrigo knows what he is doing and keeps just pushing hard enough. Can’t say I love going but I love the feeling in my body after class; stretched, standing tall and weirdly relaxed. My husband has Parkinson’s and it has made a noticeable improvement in his posture and movement. 

Love how individual needs are catered for. Always a warm welcome at the studio 😊

The classes are very good with good preparation and extension ensuring we improve as the weeks go on.
