She is a bit nervous but Hermarni is really gentle and kind and Scrumps comes out looking amazing - all the dead hair gone, and she looks lovely and shiny. Scrumps is nearly 13 and has a few lumps and bumps being an older lab, and Hermarni is really careful on these. Can highly recommended! ”
