First-Time Clients** All first-time clients are required to **pay in full before services begin.** This secures your appointment and protects our time and products. **2. Bank Transfers** If paying via bank transfer, a **50% non-refundable deposit** is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment will NOT be confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid **before or at the start of your service.** --- ## 💵 NO REFUND POLICY All services are **final sale.** Due to the nature of beauty services: * We do **not offer refunds** on completed services. * If there is a concern, it must be communicated within **24 hours** of your appointment so we can assess and correct it if necessary. We stand behind our work and are happy to fix legitimate service concerns — but refunds will not be issued. --- ## ⏰ CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY * Cancellations must be made at least **24 hours before your appointment.** * Deposits are **non-refundable** for late cancellations or no-shows. * If you arrive more than **15 minutes late**, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
