PLEASE NOTE - dogs found to be in poor coat condition may be charged extra on the day. Deposits are non-refundable in case of late ( less than 48 hrs) cancellation, rescheduling or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking unless less than 48hrs before your appointment.

If the dog is matted then it will be more, and please note - in extreme matting and neglect - some shaving may need to occur to avoid intense distress and pain on dog, however this will be discussed prior to undertaking
